2017 Sparkling Melon de Bourgogne - Methode Traditionnelle
Our third methode traditionnelle sparkling Melon de Bourgogne is a finely balanced crisp and dry sparkling wine. A clean and forward nose of flint, rosemary and citrus exudes from the glass. Th palate is bright and crisp with hints of Meyer lemon. The fine bubbles lift the wine and in turn create a lingering finish that is fresh and delightful. It is our favorite expression of this unique bubbly yet!
